The committee meets the third Tuesday of every month from 2:00pm-3:00pm via Zoom. Meetings may end early if the committee completes review of appeals before the meeting time is scheduled to end. 

New committee members will need to familiarize themselves with university parking regulations and campus geography in relation to parking lots. 

A committee chair can hold a one-on-one training meeting with them to go over committee duties, if requested. 

There are very limited responsibilities outside of scheduled meetings. The time commitment is approximately 1-2 hours per month. 

Additional meetings may be scheduled based on availability if there is a high volume of appeals that need to be heard. 

It is important that committee members attend the meetings as we need at least three members present to hear the appeals. 

The committee may occasionally take tours and receive maps of new lots or areas of concern on campus. 

Members must remember to be fair and objective, willing to hear out even the most frivolous sounding appeals.
