The PCA and its subcommittees are diligent working committees where all members are expected to prepare for and attend the meetings. In addition, members are expected to assist in the searches for coaches, trainers and other professional staff who work directly with student athletes. To perform the PCA role properly involves 5‐10 hours work per month.
